In combination skin, the greasiness and shine of the oily skin occurs, which is caused by the overactivity of the sebaceous gland. This is usually due to a hereditary predisposition or hormonal changes. Enlarged pores can also occur in the T-zone.

In combination skin, dryness and tightness may occur on the cheeks and sides. The skin may be rough and slightly cloudy.
